Ann King
| Ann is Energy2’s Project Manager. She has 21 years experience of working in supported employment and with disaffected people and her passion and enthusiasm continues to inspire colleagues and business partners alike. She knows the importance of employment to disabled people and how much value it adds to their lives. Ann has used this experience and knowledge of best practice to bring the Energy2work programme together. |

Ann has led many successful funding bids. She has also led on the Safe Place Scheme that was introduced in 2011, promoting travelling independence for people with learning disabilities.
Ann has organised some really exciting and inspiring events to promote Energy2 and supported employment, from training to fund raising events. She has recruited John Lewis, UK's biggest employee owned company, to become a key part of regular fund raising events.
Ann’s previous work history with British Rail and as a business owner enables her to understand the pressures on employers to recruit the right person. She brings this insight to the programme development and to her relationships with employers today.
Jenny Dsouza
| Jenny is the smiling welcoming face at reception at Energy2! Previously Jenny worked at Enterprise Works in an admin role. At Energy2 Jenny co-ordinates reception as well as administration and loves helping to organise the multitude of activities that happen in the building. |

Jenny is Indian and has international experience, having worked in the hotel and leisure industry in Dubai for 10 years. Jenny came to England in 2004 and had a variety of work roles before joining Enterprise Works. Jenny brings this wealth of experience to her role.
